In the short time that I have been on this site, I have gone from eating barely any fresh fruit and veggies to incorporating these in daily into almost every meal. I also have begun exercising regulary and have really increased my water drinking. I have also cut way back on boxed items such as instant potatoes and now make baby new potatoes and leave the skins on for an example. Just these changes have resulted in a 13lb+ weight loss in a months time. NinaG said: "It's been said already, but I'm just reinforcing the thought of cutting out fast food & pop and to start replacing it with fruits and veggies. Lean Cuisine is a really good meal replacer as well. Also, if you can afford it, get a trainer at the gym --even if its only for a few sessions. I did that and I learned how to use free weights properly and it REALLY helped me! So being consistent by eating healthy & regular exercise = a healthier and happier you! Good luck! ;)"

If you want to become a lawyer you do what? you go to law school. Something when you comes to weight loss. You study how to lose weight. I would suggest you go to the local library and get some books there."
