One more thing, if you plan on losing weight and keeping it off, thus living a healthier lifestyle, you need a change of thinking. You need to think for the longrun, not just so that you fit into new jeans quickly. Do you think you can live the rest of your life (having children, growing old, ect.) eating only 800-1000 calories a day? As soon as you lose the weight and begin to eat normally, BAM, the weight will be back anyway. So you might want to rethink your plan carefully. There are many others here who iwll back me up. You'll most likely be seeing their posts soon! Many people here have successfully lost LOTS of weight and kept it off, and they are wonderful resources to help you do the same. Their stories are really inspiring. THink about it..."

I dont fit into any of my pants anymore and feel very disgusting. i dont want to loose all 20 pounds again, since i was underweight back then, but 10 pounds gotta go. how i am gonna do it: eat 800 - 1000 calories per day mostly out of lean meats, fat free products, vegetables and fruit exercise every day, weights and 1 hour cardio, walk my dog starting the right eating tomorrow and the exercise on monday... i am going on holidays in 3 weeks, by then i want to have lost a couple of pounds for the beach...."

mariness said: "as i sai: i dont have much weight to loose, and it doesnt come off if i eat more that 1200 calories a day, i tried. so 1000 is ok for me right now. started of yesterday ok, had about my 800-1000 calories and went 1/2 hour jogging. today i went to the fitness studio already, did leg exercises and 1/2 hour cross trainer. am gonna go for a walk with my dog later. breakfast: toast/ apple lunch: chicken salad"
