Sun= more calories burned?Sun= more calories burned?

I know that you said that you were drinking a lot of water but you might try drinking a bit more...especially when you think you are hungry. Thirst is often mistaken for hunger."

It just feels like you burn more in the summer because you sweat more. I think the sun/heat in the summer makes me feel less hungry so I eat a little less, actually."

I'm a horseback riding instructor at a horse camp, so i'm constantly moving and drinking water. It doesn't matter if i eat a lot of calories during the day or not (a lot being 1000+ cals by 4:30pm... NOT including dinner)
Sooo just wondering if being in the sun burns more calories than if you weren't..."

I thought it might be that, but i drink at least a couple of gallons of water while i'm there. I've got a big gallon jug that i carry around with me so i don't get dehydrated and i usually fill it up twice. Today i ate a bigger breakfast (570 cals..) and i felt better today."
