Question.....

You might want to look into shoes made by Ryka. They are made only for women so they design them with things like high arches and narrow or widths. I have had a few pairs and have always liked them."

Then I slide forward, and my toes press against the ends. Never lost a toe-nail, but boy, my big toes hurt sometimes."

UniqueMystique said: "I noticed that I can place my feet in the center of the foot pads on the eliptical and when I start feeling that my feet are falling asleep...I look down and my feet have managed to work their way up to the front of the foot pad and my toes are touching the perimeter. I think that's why they are falling asleep...the pressure from the perimeter. But when you're really into the workout...it's hard to keep checking on foot placement. I don't think it has much to do with my shoes because this is the first pair of shoes I've ever had that actually fit my skinny, high arched foot."
