I recently cut out sugarfree red-bull, but am now onto a cup of coffee every hour! Not so good as I make it with four heaped teaspoons of coffee whitener which is made from animal fats!!"

Cupcake said: "I like to drink throughout the day instead of sodas when I'm thirsty because I've heard it has a lot of antioxidants in it and it helps speed up the metabolism. I don't know if its true or not, but it tastes good!"

I've managed to cut it back to about one a day now...but I can't seem to let go of that morning glassful. At least it's diet though. Seems like when I do try to go without it completely....I end up with horrible headaches and the first thing I do is pop a couple of Excedrine....mostly made up of caffeine. :("

The only thing you have to do is make sure you get enough sleep. I always get 8 hours now and I don't miss the coffee at all. I still have the occasional cup at starbucks but it's not something I use to keep me going anymore..."

I never drink sodas or diet drinks as a pal of mine became addicted to pepsi max, i think the best thing to do is stick to the water."
