Quick, effective workouts?

Does anyone know something I can do for exercise that doesn't take too much time from studying and that I don't have to leave the immediate area to do? I really need to change up my lifestyle, but I don't know how to at this time. Any suggestions?"

MyMorphine said: "Thanks for the suggestions! Jumping rope really appeals to me right now, I think I'll try that. :) I've been doing situps and pushups, but I'm terrible at keeping going... any other suggestions, just to add to my list of things to do?"

MyMorphine said: "Thanks! Looks like I got some things to put on my shopping list, then. If they work so well for so many of you, it's gotta be good. :D"
