ashashash said: "Hey everybody!!! If you want to eat more fruits but feel like your always stuck outside eating fastfood because that's the only thing around (for me it is), then you should try this. Buy papaya, honeydew, watermelon, mango, strawberry, and any other soft fruits that you like, and cut them up, and put them in plastic cups and cover them with plastic, and chill them in the fridge. they last about a week in the fridge if covered without getting ruined and every time you want to leave the house, grab a cup and plastic fork. its easy and it doesnt take long to prepare. This is what i started doing yesterday, and i hope i can stick to it for the summer, especially since in the summer, i go out more, meaning more food to eat!"
