I got a frozen bag of Green Giant cauliflower and cheese sauce, cooked it in the microwave according to the directions, after it was done I put it in a food processor, and mashed it up. It had just enough cheese sauce to make the consistancy perfect. Season as desired.. If you get a chance, give it a try. I hope you like it as much as I do. It is very low calorie and low carb.."

If we all posted a few meals we enjoy we might be able to mix it up a bit. I have a realy good recipe for boneless, skinless chicken breasts with light feta and tomato sauce. I just kinda copied it from a restaurant and it is really good. I also really like light deviled eggs. Instead of mayo you use a bit of light ranch salad dressing. Let me know if anyone wants the recipes, or if you need more ideas. I know I would sure like some new ones. Leah"
