just thought i'd share!"
Fagan said: "Hi Pixiechic. It sounds like you are off to a good start then. Just doing the right things consistantly will help you to get into better shape.
Having nice teeth assures a beautiful smile!"
pixiechic said: "thanks fagan (that is an interesting name, BTW) and henrietta!
i have worked out 4 of the 5 days so far this year. the one day off was a 'rest' day, so nothing lost.
what are your resolutions for the new year? anything good?"
pixiechic said: "not bad, then!
20 pounds is still a percentage of your total body weight. did you do anything special to lose it?"
Fagan said: "
Sure. Lot's of salads, chicken and exercise. My pants are getting looser all the time.
Nice job, man. Keep it up."
pixiechic said: "well, i took my first tennis lesson today. it was a fun, but i kinda felt like a deer caught in headlights. it is a small class, but the other girls that are taking it have played before, so i felt a little "behind the curve" but not enough not to go again. i think i was able to hit about half of the balls, and out of that half another half hit the ceiling or went out of bounds. the instructor was nice and said that i had done fine, especially for the first lesson. i'm hoping that i will have some great improvements in the upcoming weeks."
Fagan said: "Cool.
Maybe you'll be in Wimbledon someday! LOL :)"

Heather said: "The holiday season is behind us.
As long as you are dedicated to losing the weight that you want, I'm sure that you can do it. Set your goals and meet or exceed them!"
Heather said: "Practice makes perfect, Pixie!
How often are you taking classes?"
spunkymonkey said: "thats cool and it sounds like you had alot of fun"
Darren said: "I've had a small success. 20 pounds out of 100 in a year. That means I still have 80 to lose.
I plan on losing it the old fashioned way: just exercise and better nutrition. I'd like to see the pace of loss go up, so I'm being a lot stricter in 2005. I haven't even eaten out yet, which is rare for me."
Darren said: "Sure. Lot's of salads, chicken and exercise. My pants are getting looser all the time."
Darren said: "I'd be a lot happier if I lost more, but I had a rough holiday season :) :D"
Darren said: "Way to go, PC. No one expects you to be a pro after your first day. Just keep on keeping on and the results will take care of themselves."
