Losing weight does not mean not eating it just means picking healthier food and with less fat and unneeded sugar. It's all about thinking before you put it in your mouth, is it really that good or would you rather make a better choice and not feel guilty about it later. I always look at it and think oh that sounds good, but if it is not what I have really been craving I just don't eat it, drink some water, pick something else and chances are you will be full and not want it."
