The Five Pound Club!


Yum said: "Ok. I want to lose five pounds. Are you with me!? I am gonna start at 0 out of 5 I am 118, 5'7, and want to get to 113! So, every time I lose a pound, it will be 1/5, 2/5 etc.. I am starting a calorie intake log and will try to post it here every day, plus all the calories I burned working out. If you wanna join my club, PLEASE post! You don't have to say your weight etc, but anyway... So, please join if you can. Starting Saturday the 12th, I will post my weight every week. Ok, great! See ya at the board! Yum!"

Yum said: "This moring I got on the treadmill and burned 125 calories, then I stretched for ten minutes, then bellydanced. Okay, actually I figured out it's no the morning anymore! For breakfast/lunch I had a 100 calorie nabisco pack. -Meg"

Yum said: "I won't be posting what I had to eat every day but I will post that so far I have excercised at least a half huor a day every day so far."

Yum said: "Great! I will post my progress Saturday. I am working out about and hour to an hour and a half a day now!"

Yum said: "Yea. I am 5'7 or five seven and a half. Sometimes I am 118 or 116 or 117. I want to be a perfect 115. I don't like my belly!!!! It's embarrassing. No lack of effort, however. I am 14 btw."

Yum said: "That's great snap pea! Does anyone know how to get rid of belly bulge??"

Yum said: "Thanks, but I really want it to go away! Also, I have a little fat right above my butt. What about that! How can I get rid of it!!?"

Yum said: "Ok, well I haven't weighed myself, but after working out all the time my belly is a lot flatter, although it still sticks out, and I fill thinner."

Yum said: "If my scale is right, today I was 5'7, 115 pounds! And in the afternoon! But I don't know, I might be more cuz I ate some stuff!"

Heather said: "1 more pound to go! Hopefully it will happen in the next few days! With continued dieting and exercising, it will have to."

Cupcake said: "I'd kill to be at 118 LOL :D I'm 5'3 and 155 pounds. I'm just going to try to keep losing until I feel comfortable with my weight and my body. But I'll do it by 5s with you."

cvalh said: "well, cupcake, i'd kill to be at 155. Once upon a time i was, and i remember then thinking i was fat. now i'm at 225, lol."

cvalh said: "Yum, some of the most in shape women I've ever known have had a bit of a belly pooch. Sometimes you literally can't get rid of it (save surgery, and I wouldn't recommend that). Also, since you're 14, there's a good chance it's still baby fat. That will often go away on it's own eventually."

iheartbings said: "your 14!! wow me too. i weight 150 though and i would kill to weigh what you wiegh...i want to join in on the 5 pound thing except i dont know what to eat! that i my big issue i way over eat and over eat on bad foods. so please can you tell me what to eat! :D im so sick of being fat! HELP"

Sassysurfnic said: "With all do respect, you are 5'7 and you want to weigh 113lbs, is that right? Do you want to look like a stick without ANY womanly curves and bones protruding throughout your skin? I am 22 yrs. old and I am 5"7. The thinnest I have been was 119 lbs and I looked emiciated. Have you taken into consideration your height, frame and your age? All these things help determine what a healthy weight is. You are young and you still have a lot of growing to do. Please just be careful with what you are doing to your body. My sister died from anorexia and I watched in horror as she droped weight and became obsessed. (she was 17 when she died) I am not trying to pick on you or come across that I know everything(please don't think that), I am just asking for you to be careful and wise about your health. -Joanne"
