Cheap Home Workout EquipmentCheap Home Workout Equipment

If anyone else has suggestions, please post 'em up!
1. Walking Shoes. (You need them anyhow!)
2. Jumprope. (Skipping rope burns a lot of calories, believe it or not!)
3. Resistance Bands. (Simple to use for resistance training)
4. Medicine Ball. (Ones with handles make it easier to work triceps)
5. Balance Ball. (You can do a bunch of different exercises with this one)"

They are very inexpensive, the ones I have were only $4 each, the bigger they get the more expensive they get, but it's nothing that'll break your budget."

A simple kitchen chair is great too. I use mine for tripcep dips, stability for squats and to rest my arms on when I do leg lifts (otherwise known as "butt busters!")"

I have a set of hand weights, but for some workouts I actually will still use 2 cans of beets because my shoulders aren't very stong, and even my light weights cause me intense problems."
