Diet Pill

Scarlett said: "Sorry but there are no magic pills, the best way to lose weight is the one that is tried and true in which is a healthy diet and excersize regime."

As it has been said many times any diet plan can help you lose weight if you follow it, but it is more important to change your lifestyle of eating if you want the weight to stay off. If you are having trouble with a diet plan, ask questions here, and give a typical days food intake and I'm sure you will find help to make the right changes that will lead to weight loss."

Most diet pills only get off water weight anyway, and it is the "recommended diet and exercise plan" that actually causes the weight loss. Most here will probably agree that diet pills aren't the way to go!"

Kimberleigh said: "Nononononono! Diet pills are a HUGE no! They are bad for you on so many levels. Anything worth doing is worth doing right."

Kimberleigh said: "Hoodia was originally produced by a south american tribe who were promised rights to the profits generated by their cactus. So far, they haven't seen a cent. Don't use it."

(I don't like other diet pills, I heard their bad for the heart and give you headaches)The real stuff doesn't come out until 2008 according to my research. But I fell for it anyways and bought some that claimed to be good. I don't recommend it. i actually think it made me more hungry. It was helluva espensive too."
