nattie said: "Well This week I started eating at the most 1500 cal a day and exercising everyday. I have been doing really good on my cal's, I even found a site online that will help me count my cal's. The only thing is that I drive 2 hrs one way to work, so I am not being able to workout like I want to. I am debating about getting a membership to 24hr fitness or just start walking the stairs here at work. I work on the 15th floor so I could get some good exercise from taking them. Plus I have some weights at home that I can work my arms with. So long and short I think I am going to start walking the stairs and doing arm weights at home for my workouts."

nattie said: "you will know what happened to me. I am not going to start out walking all 15 but I will do a couple of flights and work my way up. At one point I was walking 5 flights non stop. Hopefully I can get way past that."
