Cupcake said: "Well, I did read it... I'm wasn't a big fan of him to begin with. As with all diet books, its the same basic idea. Eat right and less, and exercise more. There was a bunch of pyschological stuff in it that just didn't do it for me. I didn't see any difference in the meal plans the book laid out than any other dieting meal plan you get off the internet."

iheartbings said: "ive heard about...actually for Christmas 2 years ago year my g-ma got this book for me--- The Ultimate Weight Solutions for teens. its writted by Jay McGraw...Dr.Phil's son...hehe he thought that it would be good to help overweight and underweight teens get more confidence in thereselves...it didnt for me but there is alot of good healthy foods...exercises to create a fun way to feel better about youself--using what he and his dad call "The 7 Keys to weight freedom" well....anyways...its just like that one but for teens -shann"

Qian said: "It's pretty basic weight loss solutions. Writing down goals, getting rid of all the junk food. Eating correct portions, and healthy choices. Stay away from the fast foods. His main point is unless [B]you want [/B] to lose weight and make the decision to lose weight you never will."
