The cereal I have been eating consist of Special K, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Honey Combs etc. Should I change my diet or should I continue to eat the cereal? I have been using skim milk in all of my cereal. I have been exercising throughout the day. Is this diet healthy and will it help me to loose weight or is there a problem with this? my weight is about 165 and I want to drop to about 150."
