1 pound of weight loss is like 4 pounds off your knees1 pound of weight loss is like 4 pounds off your knees

He's buddies with the gym teacher and told me that the gym teacher gets BLAMED for the kids getting hurt. The real problem is, the kids that hurt their knees like that are generally very out of shape and heavy. So any activity that's more vigorous than Xbox playing will cause them to get hurt. How sad is that? I guess my brother in law thinks that if kids would lose some weight and be more active, they wouldn't have to worry so much about knee problems.
I don't care how much MY kids protest...they will be playing outside whenever there is an opportunity. No way am I going to have a kid with bum knees when they're only 12 or so. Cuz if you don't move it, you lose it. :)"

Your tendons/ligaments are like rubber bands. If you don't use them enough, they get stiff and brittle and are very susceptible to tears/rips/etc. Extra weight adds to the problem usually, but even heavy people can avoid knee problems if they are smart about working out."

Im a man on the mention. Caffiene free hydroxycut is a nice help to, ive been taking it 2 weeks."

That's really interesting about the 1 lb taking 4 lbs off your knees. It makes sense because of impact, but I would never have thought about it.
