Since im a college student i can find it hard to have time to make a meal myself so its easy to just make a frozen dinner. I tried the fettichinni alfredo lean cuisine tonight and it was alright. It has 270 calories with 7 grams of fat. The only thing is the portion was small and i feel hungry still...[/QUOTE] I don't think that they are bad at all...but remember that you will need more fruits and veggies than those that are offered in the lean cuisines. Like if I were to eat a lean cuisine at night I'd probably make a salad on the side. I usually like to eat frozen stuff ilke that for lunch being that I'm not usually as hungry around lunch time as I am around dinner!"

We all didn't get fat eating regular portions..so our stomachs are all stretched out :) It took me about a week and a half to start feeling 'full' on the smaller (but normal person) portions. I agree with everyone else, add fresh fruit and veggies to your meals to help fill up your stomach. Lots of water too! (not just with meals..all throughout the day) Good luck! And don't worry, it'll get better!"

As far as portion size, yes it will leave you hungry at first. But as your body adjusts, and your stomach shrinks, you will start feeling fuller more quickly. Remember, the portion you get is an actual serving, whereas at restaurants you get 2-3 times a normal portion size. But try eating a salad with it, and then maybe a piece of fruit for dessert. The first week of dieting is hard, but once you get used to it, it becomes a lot easier."
