I got my exercise in at 5:00 am before all were up and at 10:00 at night when all went to bed. I also cooked MY meals ahead of time. I used to throw veggies in the broiler broil them crisp and eat them in a plastic baggy throughout the day like snacks. Chix breasts can be pre cooked. Most items can like at night before bed.
For me, that was my biggest excuse. I Dont have the time!
Until one day I realized I dont have the time NOT TO.
It was the best decision I have made to date.
Good luck"

My husband's a bit "meat and potatoes" guy, so I cook a lot of potatoes and meat and make "entrees" with it for him to eat. I use my George Foreman grill a lot to make lean chicken breasts or salmon steaks or whatever. I also buy pre-washed lettuce in bags and toss together a salad in about 3 minutes.
Plus, my husband helps me with any chores I need help with, so that's another timesaver."

The only difference I make, is that I cook them until approximately half an hour to go- and then I freeze them... When I need one, I take it out of the freezer and then add my favourite sauce or whatever, and then cook it for the remaining half hour.
Saves a lot of time

It really only takes me about 30 minutes for dinner. I preheat the grill, then get the steamer ready and put the already cut veggies in. Throw the chicken on the grill, pick up around the house. Start the veggies, flip the chicken. Do some more chores. Then it's done!
I also try and get in part of my exercise by walking on my breaks and lunch at work. I am single, so I do have it a bit easier than some with families.... Hope some of this helps!"

I don't have to cook at home at the moment which is great, and am finding my after work activities really time consuming. I walk my dog every night after dinner and then play with her or train her, and 3 nights a week i have to fit exercising in as well, or maybe even a visit to the supermarket.
If i had to cook as soon as i came home too, it would take up even more of my time, and i wouldn't be able to relax until late.
How do people do it?!"
