No pasta spaghetti

Razor said: "Spaghetti Squash: A large yellow oblong looking squash. When you cut it in half it looks like a cantalope in the middle with all the seeds. When you scoop all of that out and you put it in the oven for 50 minutes on 350 face down. When you take it out let it cool and then get a fork and start scraping the middle out. You will all these strands coming out that looks like spaghetti. Put it in a strainer like you would spaghetti and spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Then put it on a plate and add you sauce =) Sauce: In a big arse pot, 1 large tomato cut into bite size chunks. Another tomato pureed in a food processor. 1/2 can tomato paste. any freaking veggie you would like to add that makes a sauce good. Red wine vinegar. Minced garlic or garlic powder. If you add meat make sure it is super lean. I use extra lean turkey breast. Add water slowly to thin it out. Add spices of your choice for taste. Another all natural fat free meal, and I mean fat free unless you add meat =) All the carbs are from fiberous veggies =)"

Razor said: "Quite honestly I really do not taste the squash. It taste buttery from the spray and with the sauce, but the texture is a little different. It's kinda crunchy. Give it a try though. My girlfriend HATES vegatables and she loves it."
