determinedtolose said: "Well February flew by us. We are now into March. I know a lot of us started our lifestyle goals at the beginning of the year. I am just curious as to how everyone is doing. Even if you just started your goals. It would be nice to hear from everyone. :)
As for myself I am still at 25lbs lost. I started Jan. 9,05. I was sick last week and did not exercise :( . I am back with my routine now and hope to be going full force in the next day or so. I still have 100lbs to lose and I will get there."

i started taking lessons for tennis back in january, and i have gotten quite a bit better in the short time i have played. when it gets warmer i'm going to start playing outside. i can hardly wait!"
determinedtolose said: "Ohhh....I know what you mean about being outside. I really want to do some swimming exercises this summer. I would love to replace the treadmill with swimming at least 3 days a week. I want to look up some different exercises you can do."

i like the thought of challenging myself this year. to try new things and get into the best shape i have been in for a while. spring has a way of making you want to clean everything and get on track."

I can't wait for spring to get here. Fri and Sat snow was melting and suddenly Sunday we got HIT with like 4-5 inches of snow!! It was windy and blah :/"

shrkntz said: "I am right on track. My eating is smaller and I am down 6 inches and 10 lbs so far. I walk every night and drink more water. I have felt better going more than 3 times a week. My dad mentioned to me the other day that he sees some change in my body structure, he said he can see some weight lost. I feel pretty good too. I now pump machines instead of food when I am stressed. I also walk to the gym, it takes 25 min. I alternate bike and walking."

That is really great!
I stepped on the scale this morning it *blipped* 149! But it ended up being 150.
It won't be long before the 140's are a reality.
I got serious and started an actual diet on March 7, so I don't think I'm doing too bad so far. I also know that since I don't have a lot of weight to lose, it isn't going to just fall off quickly."

Exercising during your vacation is a lot better than not exercising at all.
Just get back to your normal routine, and you will do fine!"

UniqueMystique said: "Mine is going slow....probably because I didn't eat the best that I could have during vacation. I did work out during my time away though. I'm down 22 pounds since January 18th. Not too bad, I guess."
