The whole trouble with losing weight

If you consider that modern, every day people can indulge in whatever food their heart desires, you realize that its really no wonder people are getting fatter. You never even heard of buffalo wings 20 years ago, and now they're everywhere? Why? Because they taste good. I think it would be much easier to lose weight on a deserted island, where yor food choices were limited."

I eat 42 meals per week, which seems amazing when I think of it weekly. But that is right, since I eat 6 meals everyday of the year. Once a week I will allow myself a cheat meal, which usually falls on a weekend when I go out to dinner. Now that does not happen every weekend, but probably once every other week. That is what it takes for me to keep my body fat in the single digits. Just some food for thought!"
