Razor said: "I weigh 155 lbs! Before I started my endeavor I weighed in at 215 lbs and I wore a tight size 18 pair of jeans. I lost 70 lbs pounds of fat and I have gained approx. 20 lbs of muscle. I now wear a size 8. It has taken me 2 years to do this and I still have a way to go until I hit my goal (a competition). I do not care about losing scale weight. I am trying to build more muscle mass and lose body fat. Superwoman, Pretty nifty huh? Who would have ever thought that eating more means losing more. Especially when all these gimmick people try to sell you appetite suppressants! The key to weight loss is 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day and make sure they are the right foods. Guess what? I even eat right before bed and always have. I mean eat, brush my teeth and then sleep. I would have NEVER gotten to where I am today without weight training though! Mix healthy foods with weights and you will be a fat burning machine! trust me!"

Razor said: "A word of motivation for the ones who have a lot of weight to lose. My friends at the gym and others always talk about how hard it is for US to shed any weight and gain some mass and stuff, but we always say things like damn newbies are lucky because they lose it so quick! Meaning that I have been doing this 2 years and now it is hard and slow for me. For people who are new to this whole thing, if you do it right your body will go into super shock mode and you will melt away pounds. What I mean by right way is healthy and nutritional and weight training!"

Also please navigate through the whole site and read her stuff. She really knows what she is talking about =) Also most apts have swimming pools. Swimming is my favorite kind of cardio and kicks my rear. Also you can get a decent set of dumbells for about 50-100 bucks new. You can also check out classifieds for used sets. Razor said: "Tae Bo is considered cardio. It is a good type too if you stick with it. I find it hard to do stuff like that in my house. I have to do everything like the gym before I touch foot in the door or else I will not do it. Just do some looking into used or new dumbell sets. Also that site tells you how to use household or really cheap items."
