And- at my gym, there is this machine which you lay down, hold on to two handles beside your shoulders- set the weight (I put 50 LBS), and you use your legs to push your body up and down. My legs have slimmed down ALOT plus it's a good thigh and tushy workout.
That works for sure..
The gym I go to has a machine called the "butt Buster" that I really like.. it targets the butt (of course :0) and thighs..
I'm hoping enough reps will target the same area you're having issues with.."

That will help tone up your muscles and help your skin pull in the remaining fat so it doesn't look quite so dimply."

shyteacher said: "LOL! They are dimply. Fatty! Yucky! Nasty! YOu name it. I just can't seem to get them toned up!"

It is just so frustrating for me because I am not that big, but I just can't seem to get rid of the dimples. I am just hoping to have them gone or almost gone by summer.
Thanks again."

kemb2722 said: "Hmmm....I have two tips, which may or may not be helpful. The workout that I've seen the biggest difference (toning wise) in my body in with pilates. I find the pilates workouts realllllllly helpful in toning my body (and you can target your thigh/butt area). The second advice I would have may or may not relate because I don't know what your stats are..I don't know if you're at your goal weight or if you're still 30 pounds away, so sorry if it doesn't apply! I would suggest that if you still have have excess fat you might just need to lose some more weight.. like my thighs will never be toned no matter how much I work them until I lose at least 20 more pounds. If you're at your target weight that might not apply."

It will never really go away because it has to do with your connective tissue in your butt and legs. But like everyone said as you drop the pounds then the cellulite will become less and less. I've noticed I don't have as large of bumps as I use to. Good luck! I've posted the link to an article that I've read on webmd.com about cellulite. It does mention cellulite being passed down, so you know I'm not just making it up...LOL
