Meal 1 - 1/3 c 1% cottage cheese and one light and fit yogurt
Meal 2- 1 ham and cheese lean pocket & 1 can of 99% ff soup
Meal 3- string cheese and an apple - [COLOR=Red]I didn't have the string cheese;just the apple[/COLOR]
Meal 4 orange roughy, roasted eggplant,onions,&peppers;1 serv. plain fettucine
Meal 5- fresh blackberries, strawberries, and pineapple
Now this is what I have packed to eat. Usually I do better when I pack my food ahead of time. I may not eat the small meals in that order necessarily but this is the food for the day. I will post up any ,er,"additions" as necessary. I am going to be crazy honest so from now on don't gasp if you see some somoa girl scout cookies posted if I actually ate the whole box; you guys will know! Here it goes[/COLOR]"
