I looked on my calendar and it has been 7 days since I have taken a day off from exercise. I had two really small pancakes this morning with my daughter (my husband makes the best pancakes :p ) and a banana. I guess I will try and watch what I eat for the rest of the day since I am not going to workout today. I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!"

There is times when you need to take a day off from working out to give your muscle some time to relive all the pain. I know I take those moments myself. My body hurts so much now from my workout that I just want to relax. :) Hope you had a wonderful sunday also."
