Putting all out therePutting all out there

Have fun on the trip, whether you hit your goal weight or not. Just know you're on the right track and life is really great."

How do you like your treadmill? Have you used it yet?"

Ninabeena said: "Ok here I go, I am just gonna let it all hang out. I have been back on track since January 10th. I weighed 204 at the time. I now weigh 192. In two weeks I go to Cancun for Spring break and want to be down to 189. I need some accountablility. My long term goal is to get down to around 135. I keep working in little increments and makine little improvements but I know I need to crack down and get a little more serious if I want to see results. I have made a small commitment to have three work out sessions per week. One of them I go to a rowing class, another night I go to a latin dance class, and the 3rd session I do a tape or something at home. I have not stuck to this hardcore so I am going to get serious this week with it all. I keep a journal of what I eat everyday which I will start posting up here and hopefully you guys will help me out and keep an eye on me too. I am really doing this this year and i am going to keep the weight off. I am too young and too adventurous and too happy to carry all this extra weight where I can't or don't feel comfortable doing all the things I want to do. I am definately not living life to the fullest or being the best me I possibly could be. In my life I have overcame a lot and this is the one thing left that is just irritating me. Anyhow, I will try to save some for later. I could talk (write) all of y'all to death. :)

Ninabeena said: "Yeah, at work my boss keeps joking that my exercise room will be the most expensive laundry basket in the house. We fully intend to use it all. This weekend we put the weight bench part of the weight station together and we need to hook up the display and such for the treadmill. It will be us and running (no pun intended) by the end of this weekend. I'll keep ya posted on how I like the treadmill then. Thanks for the advice you guys. :)"
