But when I was in shape (and skinny), I used to use Karen Voights Full Circuit High Impact Workout and did it with ease! Well, there was nothing easy about it yesterday - but I did it!! :D I have also been walking on an average of 4 miles a day! I promised I would stay off the scale until my 12 week calendar is full, but my pants feel a little more comfortable if you will! I know that is isn't going to be easy - but oh so worth it come August!!
Thanks for letting me share!!"
TryingToLose45lbs. said: "Thanks for all your posts!! :D Baby steps... I keep telling myself...baby steps. It just seems so good to be able to make it through a workout!! I love all the suggestions about breaking your plateau and different workout routines and such! I walked 4 miles this morning using Leslie Sanson's 4 mile super challenge. But, to make it a little harder and burn more calories, I used my ankle weights (2 lbs. on each leg) and held onto my hand weights (also 2 lbs. each) throughout the first two miles. I was so proud of myself! Healthy breakfast and healthy lunch. Now my challenge will be to not eat after 7:00 tonight (ugh!). :o"

Some days it really gets me going...other days it is just annoying ;) ha ha. Annoying can work for me too though...get those kicks out of me :D Thanks for all the encouragement and praise! Good luck to you too!!"

You goooooooo. I love Leslie Sanson have so many of her dvd from walk away the pounds to the ab work on the ball to pilates. Have so many of her dvd. I know how it feel to finally complete a workout and then did you notice you feel so good about yourself afterword so proud that you did it. Then you smile most of the day because you did it. I be feeling that way. I remember when I first started doing yoga and pilates I was like that's not for me to be doing thats to hard. I tried it for the first time with Dentin Austin and now I love it. I find myself doing all the advance exercise when at first I couldn't barely do the beginners. I felt so proud of myself for just getting thou that. So I know how you feel keep it up and good luck :) congrats."
