My diet

This will give you a good idea of how much the extra weight really affects you. Don't fret about your daughters bed, if you keep at this incredible pace you will be where you need to be in no time."

Depending on her age, you could ride bikes/trikes together (or put a baby seat on yours) you could swim together, or walk and run. Tap into some of her boundless energy and have fun together. It will make you stronger in more ways than one. Plus it will teach her to be active so that she might avoid weight issues in her own life.."

It is about a good balance of healthy dieting AND exercise. Leading a healthy overall lifestyle will help you lose weight and keep it off for good."

I know the numbers say it but it is frusterating cuz i don't feel it i got an ab louger and im ready to go!! my final moment was when i bought my daughter a captains bed ( a bed with drawers underneath) I thought it would be neat when she woke up with a bad dream for mommy to crawl in bed with her and make her feel safe. Then i read in big bold print weight not to exceed 200 pounds. it broke my heart so i decided i am going to get small enough to get on that bed no matter what!!!"

In order to lose fat weight from the human body, you should really not lose more then 2 pounds per week. If you are losing more then that on average, that means you are shedding water and or muscle which is not good! Ofcourse, the first week you can lose up to 5 lbs or so if you were a sedentary individual to begin with. But after that, your body should regulate and you should average the 1 to 2 pounds weight loss per week. People usually create a calorie deficit in their diets in order to lose weight. They are correct in doing so, but most cut calories by too much. By doing this, you will see large losses in weight, but it will eventually slow down and even stop. I know you have all experienced this or seen somebody go through this, since most of the fad diets out there run this same route. The reason this occurs is something that all humans have in them and it is a safety mechanism known as the starvation mode. I wrote an introductory note in the new members section regarding the starvation mode, so I will not go into the detail of it. Just know that once you trigger the starvation mode, which is done very easily; especially when cutting calories by too large amounts, your body will actually store energy (fat) and burn muscle. Your metabolism WILL slow down. That is why the weight loss starts to slow itself down and eventually it will just shut off. This is a very important concept that any one attempting to lose weight and keep it off needs to educate themselves on. Hope this helps and gets your mind going in the right direction. :) Stay motivated and focused!"
