Ok, so I have some great news.
1. I have already lost 10 pounds so I am way over my goal!!!
2. I have only missed 1 gym day! (weather)
3. I did it!!! I can do 45 minutes on the elliptical!!! Saturday I managed to burn 736 calories!! I think I am going to start increasing the intensity now.
4. Yesterday I took my measurements and will keep track of that month to month."
Heather said: "I'm ready to march into the future as a fitter, thinner me.
Let's do this. I want to lose 10 pounds by the end of March. I am going to do my karate as I have been, cut back on snacking, and work up a sweat once a day."

down2earth said: "1. 1. Activity - I am going to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill so I'll continue that at the very least 3 times a week, but aiming for a minimum of 5 times.
2. Water - My Goal is to drink 48oz. of water but i havn't able to drink more than 6 Glasses of water. Need to work on that.
3. Keep sugar intake to a minimum.
4. eat more healthily.
5. Report you guys my Daily workout & eating habit.
