Resistance Bands

Fagan said: "Anyone heard of 'em? What are they? Do they work?"

sky said: "Like the ball they were first used in physical therapy. To build back muscle tone from strokes, accidents, ect. They have really caught on. But like the ball you will tone but as far as noticeable bulk you cant get it with the band."

Henrietta said: "Like anything else, they'll work if you work'em! :) Resistance bands look pretty good. I haven't used them, but I plan to."

Heather said: "They are like really big rubber bands (if you needed a description) that you can use in place of free weights. They are really good to use for your arms and shoulders. They have different colors that indicate different resistance levels. Green is the easiet one.."

glitter girl said: "I have bands and they work very well. I do get scared that one day it will let lose and slash me but so far so good. I do say that free weights are my favorite"

Diamond said: "These bands are an easy way to add some resistance to your workout. Nice for your arms and legs, plus they are cheap. Under 10 bucks for sure."

mahesh67 said: "They are usually in the $8 to $10 range so nothing too expensive."

nancy_mrn said: "I have got them and a few DVD's, they are great if you are short on space and they travel well!"

sr106 said: "i have also don't know resistance bands.... anyhow u helped me, how much it cost..."
