msbartender said: "for 9 days now i have only drank water. i have had two vitamin waters aswell when i felt the urge for sweet drink. i walk 1-3 miles a day. i try to only intake abt 1400 calories. sometimes more sometimes less. i eat baked chicken with squash and salads. im a junk food girl so when i want a candy bar or pudding i go for granola bars and fat free yougurt. does this sound okay? please someone help lead me in the right direction. last night a goofed and had a subway sub."

thank you! finnally someone cares! lol. i never get much response on here. i am also doing abt 30 sit ups a day."
