as for me i have been so strict with what i have eaten that i have seen a drastic change in my behaviour with food, WE MUST ONLY EAT TO SURVIVE
i have pushed my self to the point that NO ONE WILL STOP ME, ( i am a very persistent bastard and my parents hate me because of that.)
i am not on a diet i am just eating healthier and that's what counts right."

If you want to weigh less, you need to eat less, and eat less of the things that make you fat in the first place.
If you're overweight, you've been making bad choices for awhile. I think it helps to radically change your habits and try to make a whole new life for yourself. If you want to cut weight, get strict about the calories, the fat, the portion size, and make sure to get moving with exercise."
