I also need to stop buy the sport's store and buy new runing sneakers so I can run to the handball court and practice. We did an estimate; If I run/jog/walk to the handball court, which is 4 miles away from where I live, and I practice for 2-3 hours, and walk back home, I will burn at least 2,500 calories and at most 4,200 calories depending on the intensity.
