QueenBee said: "I tried it, lost some weight, started eating carbs and gained it all back. That was a couple of years ago. I just couldn't give up the carbs for longer than 2 weeks. I'd be doing OK, decide to have a few sweets and *bam* it was all back. I know it has worked for some people but it sure didn't work for me."

Darren said: "I'm not a fan of "Atkins". To me it seems completely fabricated. All the information concerning health from doctors indicates a higher chance of heart attack from eating a diet high in fat. There's way too much fat in "Atkins"."
