That would be a great way to clean out your closet and make room for more "fitting" sizes.."

UniqueMystique said: "Thanks guys. It's coming off slowly and I've not gone up any on the scale during this time. Hopefully...with some effort...I'll never return to my hefty old self. Here's to being fit at 40!!!!!"
UniqueMystique said: "I think I'm going to have to start spending some more money on myself. My bras are on the first hooks now and getting quite loose. I'm tossing my XL t-shirts....I look like a clown in them now. I recently bought some XL workout pants and I should have bought L's...they ride low on my hips now and I'm afraid that they are going to fall off at the gym.
I bought 4 work-out t-shirts yesterday in L's. I think that I may go through my closet today and get rid of all my XL's. Makes it harder to go back to that size if you have nothing to wear! ;)
Could M's be around the corner soon?????? :D"

I'm going to. It's just......well......my closet is going to be empty. Hehehe! I'm gonna have to spend a bit of money on myself."
UniqueMystique said: "
Well done, congrats from Scotland. Next time you take yourself down to the supermarket have a look at blocks of lard, or butter and it will show you how much fat you have actually lost!
Trust me....I know! Hehehe! I'll be glad when I shed a few more blocks! ;)"
UniqueMystique said: "Thanks, Ivie! :) We will conquer this once and for all! :D"
UniqueMystique said: "That's awesome! You've done really great with the weight loss! Keep up the good work!
Well guys....I've chunked most of my XL's and bought a bunch of size L's last night. They were on sale. ;) Nothing like a new size and a smaller price. :D"
UniqueMystique said: "Thanks everyone! I can almost get into a "Medium" top now...it's just that lower half...it refuses to budge....in a 15/16 at the moment. I really need to start swimming again. I know that it will whittle the inches off of me."
Holly said: "That's awesome UM!!! I'm so proud of you!
Losing slowly only helps in not gaining it back. You're doing things the right way! What a great example for us all.

mammaw said: "Hi, I am new here. I have been reading the posts and all the weight loss stories are great and makes me feel so good and happy for all of you. I have lost 75 pounds and it took a year to do it but I feel great and feel so much better about myself. I started out doing Atkins then I was at a stall for so long, now I count calories and I am losing more. I am below my goal weight now. I ride my exercise bike everyday and I work out three times a week and that really did help me. I just want to say Congratulations to all of you and keep up the good work. I hope I will be able to find my way back here. :)"
