I guess all you can do is suffer through it, make sure you are getting enough food to combat the hungries so you don't binge. (that's always my problem, good all day with the diet then screw up in the evening)

Good work on the workout stuff! That's awesome. Pat yourself on the back for the little accomplishments. Those little things all add up! :) "

If I say anything you agree with or if you just want to shoot back encouragement, I greatly appreciate it. Best to you all :p"

And some people have told me to just make him the same things that I make for myself, but my son doesn't need to eat the same things as me. A toddler needs to eat whatever he or she wants. They do not get the same food addictions that adults do. The good thing though is that I have been catching myself tying to eat things I shouldnt. I made my son some mac n cheese. I went to test it. I had it in my face and then realized what I was doing and promptly spit it into a napkin!
I am having a hard time with the challange. I told everyone that I was going to do a rotation of workout videos (one diffrent one a day) and I haven't done it yet. But I have done the eliptical a few times so I think im off to a good start. Right now I really feel like I could eat the butt off of a buffalo right now and lunch time is going to suck because I always wait to eat so I can sit down with the boy and have a meal with him. So I have to fix his and then cry while I fix mine because I dont get what he does. Yesterday I was feeling down becuause my mom has lost 10lbs so far on LA Weight loss. I think she gave it to me.
I suppose it is time to go face the music.
Untill next time."
gogirl said: "Well I have just about decided that this month's challange did not go so well for me. Although I have managed to keep out of the "things that will kill me" section of my cabinets, I can't seem to become very motivated to do much.\
But I must say-watching how much my mom is loosing (she does LA Weight Loss) has inspired me to try to get off my lazy duff and stop feeling sorry for myself. So I went and bought an Atkins book. I will try that to see how it works. I am still working on getting myself motivated to workout. I have to overcome being afraid to workout at home. I don't want to be bothersome to my downstairs neighbors and the stuff that I like makes you jump skip and hop around!
I also found a book or two that some might like. I have read the first and am working on the second. These books are totaly anti-diet, but I choose to ignore that part! the first is called When You Eat at the Refidgerator, Pull Up a Chair and the other is When Food is Love. The first was a great read for me and so far the second has been too.
Well more updates next week!
Ta!"
