I will have to confess though....I did not do any of those tonight. I was pooped after cleaning my house. :o"

I feel like I want to make excuses and talk myself out of working out. I even justified to myself last night why I should have a bowl of Ice cream and I ate it too! :mad: I even did something this morning I said I was not going to do for a while...I got on the scale. I knew I should not have because it depresses the daylights out of me, but I did it anyway. Alright now don't laugh at me...I thought losing only 20 lbs in 6 weeks wasn't good enough. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I guess I woke up this morning thinking I should be thin or something. :o Thank you again.... :)"

Heather said: "Me! Me! :) I had my 3 hour martial arts class last night. Then another 3 hours on Wednesday. I have to have a day to recover..LOL!"
