1 T. wheat germ
1 whole wheat banana muffin (homemade--no oil, smrt balance butter)
1 ham sandwhich on 10 grain bread.
6 tricuits
venison stir fry with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (4 oz.meat, 1cup veges on bed @1c. baby spinach)
1 snack cup of low fat pudding"

Anyways... I had a tough day yesterday. I just feel so sluggish and yucky I'm not sure if it's the meds or what. I have to make sure I exercise today!

Well--the house needs cleaning, laundry needs to get washed--that should at least get me motivated and then when the youngest takes his nap--I can get a serious workout in.
May be Even get the kids outside since we are having freakishly warm weather here (Buffalo, NY area). The only trouble is I know we'll all come in looking like mudpiles :)"
