Heather said: "I have been following my own diet plan since the first of the year.
Here is what I have been eating.
Breakfast: 4 peices of Canadian Bacon and 2 scrambled eggs.
Lunch: Salad with chicken, and Soup. Broth based like vegetable or chicken noodle.
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Rice or Pasta and vegetables.
Snacks: Bananas, Apples, Pineapples, etc.
I have been doing a half an hour of elliptical training or stationary bike and weight lifting.
I am feeling pretty confident that I can lose all the weight that I want if I keep to a basic diet like this.."
