[/color][/font][/QUOTE] I definately think you need to NOT bring money first off, secondly why don't you bring snacks? There are tons of really tasty things that are in the 100 calorie packs and really they are sooo enjoyable! I'd also bring jello, and pudding and the like, for snacks, and a fiber filled lunch that'll really fill you up. Perhaps don't face the machine when you are sitting so you don't have to look at it, looking at things like chocolate chips and the like can trigger cravings."

skanee said: "hi,just wanted to say that you could buy some boxes of "nabisco" 100 calorie snack packs. they have 3 or 4 different kinds--ritz baked snack mix( really good) snacks -whole wheat chips(very good) and mini wheat thins(yum!) .they are only a 100 calories a pack. also rice cakes(white cheddar)are a really good idea,there are a lot of different flavor rice cakes --chocolate-carmel-etc and they really taste good. or a boiled egg and oz of cheese--veggies and a low fat dip,turkey slices and a few low fat saltine crackers.and dont forget lots of water.good luck."
