mini trampoline

determinedtolose said: "My children had a full size trampoline when they were younger and If yu get on one of those and bounce around just a little bit you can feel it. I imagine it would be a wonderful way to workout. Be careful too ladies....if you have had babies...it can be hard on the bladder."

featherish said: "I'll bet that a twenty minute jump on a trampoline of any sort would burn a lot of calories and your entire body a workout. Probably a little more impact on your knees, though."

UniqueMystique said: "I prefer the full sized trampoline to the mini trampoline.....just because the mini trampoline has more tension than the full size. It adds more impact than a full size....but if you don't have any problems with impact...go for it!!!!"
