Whole Foods Diet, anyone know about it?Whole Foods Diet, anyone know about it?

Whole foods take longer to digest which allow for more burned calories in the process and it causes your insulin to dump in the blood stream at a much slower rate which retards the fat binding process. If you are working out, it also gives the body even more time to burn it so you eliminate any fat storage and it acts as a fuel to increase the metabolism. Refined flours or other such products and suagars...has faster digestion which dumps inlsulin into the blood stream faster and larger amounts causing it to turn into fat that gets deposited because the body doesn't have the chance to get rid of it that fast. It also causes your body to be hungrier faster due to rapid digestion and increases the cravings again for such types of food."

Has anyone here tried it before or currently following it?
It sounds like a pretty simple plan?"
