But right now I am going to get on the treadmill and walk at least 30 min. I have gained a lot of weight in the last month. I was almost a size 16 this year and now I am back up to 20 :(. And honestly I am tired of it."

I have done 30 min. for the last three days and I didn't eat any fried foods ( then again I haven't worked at the restaurant.) secondchance said: "I am so happy, tonight we went out to eat for my grandma's birthday. we went to T.G.I friday's and I love their burgers. but I am proud to say that i ate a salad. me a salad. i am the type of person who believes that it is a waste of money to buy a salad. and the best thing about this was i liked it and since it was already late i don't feel overstuffed and now I am getting on the treadmill, just wanted to tell everyone that i know this time around I have to begin to make small changes, and as for my next goal, i really need to cut back on soda's. thanks again for the support and i will think about those 16 jeans, my 20's are a little loose!! :) :D"
