I have decided that it is time to get rid of the excess pounds I have accumulated over the years, but I find that the past times I have tried it was hard. I have trouble getting to the gym so I have started doing pilates at home and taking my son for walks. Sometimes the snow makes the latter a little difficult. So I thought I would find a place with friendly people with great ideas that might help me on my travels. :)"

Lay on your back, legs bent up to your tummy....let the baby straddle your legs, butt at your feet, you hold his/her hands and lift your butt off the floor as you raise your head towards him/her. Great for the abs!!!! I'm sure you can find a site that offers other tips for exercising with a baby. You can do bench presses as well...lifting the baby up and then bringing him down to your face. Make a game of it...make silly faces, etc. Good luck on your quest and congrats on the baby and the upcoming marriage!"
