Have a protein shake as it would help you to fight hunger and exercise more often!
How are you doing so far?"

It's nice to have you here.
Diet pills aren't magic pills, you still have to do the exercise and watch what you eat to get the results.
Have you been folowing any sort of diet or exercise routine?"

Most of them just speed up your heart rate (which can be very bad) and cause your appetite to be suppressed. Once you stop taking them, you will regain any weight you lost, which is what keeps those companies in business. A much safer way to lose weight is through a combination of diet and exercise. Clean up your diet...stop eating things like chips, cookies, ice cream, donuts, fried foods, creamy sauce-based dishes, regular soda and fruit drinks, etc. If you are hungry, snack on fresh veggies and fresh fruits...they fill you up without making you gain weight. As far as exercise goes, I recommend walking for about 30 minutes a day 5 days a week to start with...then increase your time gradually. If you have access to an elliptical trainer or an exercise bike, those are also wonderful.
Good luck! Let us know how the weight loss comes along!"

I personally dont like diet pills and have never taken them. If you are following a strict diet and doing exercise then go to your doctor as you may have a weight resistance problem that can actually stop you from losing weight. I have friends with PCOS and they have a lot of problems losing weight and have to put in a lot more effort.
