a recent study from the American Journal of Industrial Medicine 2004 shows that people that work nights or swing shifts are 3 times more likely to suffer from problems like stomach ulcers, ulcerative colitis or colon polyps.
other factors include insufficient sleep, longer work hours and irregular work schedules. all of these factors disrupts your body clock and muddles other things like appetite and digestion...just thought i'd share!"

It's a hard shift to work because your working against everything your body has known. Even if you stay up late at night it is still not the same as working all night long. If I remember right, It was only worth an extra .25 cents an hour.."
