Frustrated In Paradise!!!!

Inga said: "Thanks for the welcome!I usually eat either Oatmeal or eggs for breakfast-Coffee, Lunch- Apple, cheese, crackers- Dinner- Usually a portion of meat, veggies ect- I try to eat as little carbs at night as possible. I do love wine at night I usually have about 2 glasses. I guess even if I did eat more than I am, I am burning at least 600-700 calories each time I work out. How is it possible to put weight on?"

Inga said: "Hello Thanks for the welcome! I guess I'm seeing a difference in my behind :) :) and my back. My arms are much firmer. I guess when you have been working out as much as I am, you would expect to be dropping pounds too! Its so frustrating being a girl! I also went off the pill about 3 weeks ago, to see if that would help?? Well no! I just dont have a clue!!"

featherish said: "Hello Inga! Welcome to the forums. Could be that you are gaining muscle mass. Do your clothes fit any different? A lot of times, you lose inches before pounds, so this could be part of it."

featherish said: "Then don't worry about the scale right this second. Losing weight could take a while, and keeping it off takes a lifetime. Sensible exercise and moderate diet should be enough to see some changes in your body."
