i always thought that apple juice was good for kids, but it makes a lot of sense that the extra sugars aren't that good for them."

i'm sure a lot of sugar, though."

I fear that a lot of people discount the calories and sugars that they consume in the form of beverages.
Whenever I go to the grocery store, I can't help but notice how many shopping carts are filled with soda pop and other "drinkables"
They pack a lot of calories!"

I hate the no caffeine induced headaches.....they are a killer for me. My daughter, who's 9, has switched to drinking diet drinks when we are out and she's drinking the Diet Rite at home now. She's thin already but she's dropped 5 pounds by making this little switch....she's also stopped eating chips for snacks. This was her choice...not mine. I'm proud of her...told her that it was never too early to make healthy decisions."

It can be in moderation...but not for every meal. I love cranberry juice...have you ever looked at the nutrition label on that? Aye yi yi!!!!!!!"
