calories......... ?

Some people can lose weight with more calories than that, though. To maintain your weight, usually between 1800 and 2200 (except for those of us who have really slow metabolisms and have to consume fewer). and liek whats really low in calories? Veggies, especially. Fruit, too. Not so much dairy, unless you especially get low-cal stuff (even then be careful, all that means is lower than normal). Meat can be ok if you get lean mean and small portions. The best things are the fruits and veggies. what about liek cambells soups? are they? They're USUALLY ok. Avoid the creams of whatever, they can have a lot of fat calories. The big thing you have to watch out for, especially with Cambells, is the soups have a lot of sodium. and someone told me that drinking to much 1 percent milk. could make you gain wieght.. is that true.. Well, technically 1% milk does have fat calories. It's not really THAT bad for you (better than 2% or whole) but you might consider switching to skim. Eventually you get used to it, and the higher %'s taste like gross, thick cream. and is it healty to loose liek a a lb almost every day? Well, this isn't uncommon when you're just starting out, and it's not necessarilly HUGELY unhealthy... But you likely won't be able to keep it up long. Most people lose 1-3 lbs a week. If you lose a pound a day for a long time, your body will likely convince itself it's starving, and then you won't lose much at all. It's really difficult to lose this much anyway, seeing as approximately 3500 calories is equal to a lb (meaning you'd have to burn that much more than you consume EVERY day!). Seeing as an hour of running might burn 600 calories, that would be hard..."
